In the image below, Dr. Dennis Alexander receives his diploma of Doctor of Medical Qigong (China) from Dr. Bernard Shannon. Dr. Shannon is the Executive Director of the International Institute of Medical Qigong and the Deputy Director Overseas College of Medical Qigong, Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Beijing China. It was presented in the garden of the International Institute of Medical Qigong in Palm Desert California.

All graduating students from the Sentient Temple Healing and Teaching Center will be certified by the IIMQ. Masters and Doctorate level students may also register in China. Please note that the IIMQ is the only University in the USA that offers this program.

A Little History...

Dennis was Ascended to Mayan Shaman in 1973 in Honduras, Central America. Not since Isaac Asimov has there been a more multifaceted eccentric individual than Dennis Alexander. His unconventional approach to life sets him apart from all who have gone before. Having spent three years living and working in the deep jungles of Honduras, afforded him the opportunity to learn about jungle survival and the ancient ways of the descendants of the Mayan civilization.

Five years later 1000 miles up the Orinoco River in the heart of the Venezuelan jungle he traded in diamonds and lost two partners to the deadly jungle. Retreating to the high country of Colorado with only a chain saw and a gun, he survived seven years of extreme hardship while reflecting what path his life would take. He was a true Jeremia Johnson eating pack rats and rattle snakes to keep alive.

Now on the greatest adventure of his life, he has authored five books which break all conventional rules and dogma. He has challenged organized religion, the government and set forth belief structures that boggle the mind. He is the contemporary "Man for All Seasons".

Besides being a very articulate and entertaining fellow, he has led a colorful exciting life and continues to do so. He is a world adventurer on par with Indiana Jones. He built and funded with his own money a medical mission in Honduras to serve badly neglected Maya Indians. So extensive was his service to these people that his fame spread throughout South and Central America. They gave him the title, "Brujo Blanco", "The White Witch Doctor".

To this day, nearly 25 years later, he can go to any town or village from South of Mexico City to the Straits of Magellan and move among the most remote and hostile people in complete safety. He may be the only person in the world for whom that can be said.

He is also an award winning (many times over) film maker, a TV producer, a first rate photographer, videographer and a director, He became a writer as almost an afterthought. For the past fifteen years, he has practiced and taught hands on healing as a Reiki Master of the Usui/Mayan/Karuna and Shamballa methods. He is a Silva Graduate and a Quantum-Touch Instructor who combines Shamanism with all the other philosophies bringing to bear a healing modality which achieves astounding results.
