Dr Rev Dennis Alexander, PhD, DMQ (China) Dr Rev Dennis Alexander is the founder of the Sentient Temple College of Alternative Medicine and the National College of Medical Qigong. He is the former Florida Director of the International Institute of Medical Qigong. Dennis received his Doctor of Medical Qigong (DMQ) from the International Institute of Medical Qigong in Palm Desert California and is also registered at the Overseas College of Medical Qigong, Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Beijing, China. Additionally, Dennis is an: Usui/Mayan Reiki Master, Karuna/Shamballa Reiki Master, a Body Restoration Technique Master, a Silva Graduate and is trained in Nutrition Response Testing as well as being a Quantum-Touch Instructor and Practitioner. He combines Shamanism with all the other philosophies bringing to bear a healing modality which achieves astounding results. Dennis was ascended to Mayan Shaman in 1973 in Honduras, Central America. He built and funded, with his own money, a medical mission in Honduras to serve badly neglected Maya Indians. So extensive was his service to these people that his fame spread throughout South and Central America. They gave him the title, “Brujo Blanco”, “The White Witch Doctor”. Having spent three years living and working in the deep jungles of Honduras, afforded him the opportunity to learn about jungle survival and the ancient ways of the descendants of the Mayan civilization. Dr Rev Terri Dluhy, PhD, MMQ, RDH Dr Rev Terri Dluhy began her journey in 2003 after being miraculously healed from a devastating illness that was killing her. While still recovering, she became a Usui, Mayan and Karuna Reiki Master and Shamballa Master. She began her healing work while continuing her studies, earned her Doctorate of Ancient Healing Sciences and became an ordained minister ascending to Master Shaman of the Sentient Temple in 2004. Her medical background, which includes an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene, nutrition, homeopathy, aromatherapy and other holistic modalities, gives her great insight into energy healing. Dr Rev Dluhy is a practitioner and instructor of Quantum-Touch and most recently achieved her certification of Medical Qigong Master from the International Institute of Medical Qigong, licensed and registered at Bejing,China’s Henan University. While practicing energy healing, her studies also took her to more clinical modalities such as Body Restoration Technique and Nutrition Response Testing. She has received certification in advanced course work and brings a unique prospective to adding nutrition to the energy healing field. Michelle Renz, LPN, CST Michelle became interested in medicine while still in elementary school. At age 15, she joined the American Red Cross and volunteered until she took her Nursing Assisting course receiving her CNA in 1972. In 1974, she finished her Medical Assistant course and enrolled in St Petersburg Jr College in the Surgical Technology program allowing her to assist surgeons during surgical procedures graduating in 1978. She spent 25 years in the operating room and 6 years doing Trauma Surgery. Michelle then attended nursing school at St Petersburg Vocational Technical Institute graduating with her LPN in 1983. She also has worked in many areas of the nursing fields such as most hospital wards, new born nursery, post-partum care facilities and working as a charge nurse and supervisor in long term health care facilities. She also has worked at the Florida Lions Eye and Tissue Bank where she was a Transplant Coordinator and harvested corneas and whole eyes for research purposes and corneal transplants for those unable to see. Her interest in serving her country led her to join the United States Naval Reserve in 1992 as Hospital Corpsman. She got accepted into the 8404 course which was Battlefield Medical School in Camp Pendleton, CA. Finishing that course in 1994, she was assigned to the 4th Marine Division as their “Doc”. She retired in 2000 with an Honorable Discharge. While still working part time with the same surgeon since 1988, her path crossed with the Sentient Temple. Seeing the other side of healing has led her to volunteer her services to the Healing Center, and will now be taking courses to learn Medical Qigong and the other healing modalities offered here.
